Overview

Mindset Health uses data collected by cookies and JavaScript libraries to improve your browsing experience, analyse site traffic, deliver personalised advertisements, and increase the overall performance of our site.

This policy describes how mindsethealth.com (the "Website") collects information through your browser, what we use it for, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Website only. For information about how we handle data inside our products and apps (Nerva, Relio, Evia, Claria), see our privacy policy.

Data collection methods

The Website uses two primary mechanisms to collect data:

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that store internet settings from the websites you visit. They are used for functionality, preferences, and personalisation, and to help us understand how the Website is used.

JavaScript libraries

JavaScript libraries are snippets of code we run on the page that execute when certain actions take place, such as a page load, a button click, or a form submission.

Data collection categories

We group the tools we run on the Website into four categories. Where a consent banner is shown, you can grant or revoke consent for each category independently. Necessary tools cannot be disabled because they are required for the Website to function.

Necessary

Necessary tools support essential site functionality, including maintaining your session, remembering your consent choices, and delivering customer support. These cookies cannot be disabled through our consent banner.

Examples: Zendesk, consent storage, Firebase.

Analytics

Analytics tools help us understand user behaviour and improve our website experience. They aggregate page views, scroll depth, click events, and similar usage signals so that we can see what is working and what is not.

Examples: Segment, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Fullstory.

Advertising

Advertising tools personalise and measure the effectiveness of advertising on our site and across other websites. They allow us to show our products and content to people who are likely to be interested, and to measure how those campaigns perform.

Examples: Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Twitter Ads.

Communications

Communications tools support communication and engagement with our users, including newsletter delivery, transactional email, and marketing automation.

Examples: HubSpot, Optibase, Vero.

Your choices

You can control what we collect on this Website in a few ways:

  • Consent banner. If you are visiting from a region where consent is required, you can grant or revoke consent for analytics, advertising, and communications categories at any time using the consent banner.
  • Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to remove or reject cookies, including third-party cookies. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. For more information, including how to see what cookies have been set on your device and how to manage and delete them, visit allaboutcookies.org.
  • Privacy plug-ins or browsers. You can block this Website from setting cookies used for interest-based ads by using a browser with privacy features (such as Brave) or installing browser plug-ins like Privacy Badger, Ghostery or uBlock Origin and configuring them to block third-party cookies and trackers.
  • Platform opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising directly with each platform: Google Ads Settings, Meta ad preferences.
  • Industry opt-outs. Use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out to limit use of your information for interest-based advertising by participating companies.

These opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised, so you will need to apply them on every browser and device you use.
