We started Mindset Health in 2019 because an entire category of medicine, the kind that works through the brain instead of the bloodstream, sat untouched while drug pipelines failed the same conditions over and over.

IBS, chronic primary pain, hot flashes, anxiety, depression. Together they drive a meaningful share of the chronic disease budget, and pharmacology has done relatively little for many of them. The solutions that have, clinical hypnotherapy, pain reprocessing, autonomic regulation, are real, validated, and unreachable.

AI changes that. We can now take a published academic protocol and turn it into a personalised digital therapeutic, validated in its own randomised trial, and improving every day.
